What Does "This Rate Won't Count Toward Your Goal" Mean?
If you enter 0 hours or 0 days for a rate (while leaving the field non-empty), Flux shows an amber warning noting that this rate won't count toward your income goal. Unlike the red $0-rate error, this is just a heads-up, not a blocker — you can still save and continue.

It shows up when you've intentionally zeroed out a rate card temporarily (say, a seasonal rate you're not using right now) but want to keep the rate configured for later.
