What Do the Red Error Messages Mean?

Red text under a field means that field has invalid or missing information Flux needs before you can continue. These appear the moment you try to proceed with something incomplete, and clear in real time as soon as you fix the issue — you don't need to click Continue again to see them disappear.

Common triggers: leaving a required field blank, entering $0 where a rate or amount is required, or exceeding the maximum allowed value for a field (like days per pay period).
